Shipping and Delivery

Singapore

We offer free delivery for small items within Singapore, using regular courier services such as J&T. There is no minimum order amount or weight limit for eligible small items. The estimated shipping time will be 3-7 days.

For bulky or fragile items, a shipping fee will apply, starting from SGD 50–100 depending on the item and delivery requirements. The exact shipping fee will be shown at checkout. We usually arrange shipment within 1 week after the item is ready for dispatch.

If the product does not fit in your lift (for example, a king-size bed headboard) and the delivery team needs to carry it up the stairs, an additional SGD 15 per flight of stairs will apply. Please check your lift dimensions before ordering very large items.

How do you I know if the product I want to purchase is in stock? If the button says "Add to Cart", it means it is in stock at the moment. If it says "PRE-ORDER", it means it not in stock at the moment, but it can be pre-ordered. Simply hover over the button to see the estimated delivery date.

United States

For US orders, explore our full collection at kulturedecor.com. All items are made to order with an estimated processing time of 1–2 weeks and shipped directly from our Bali workshop via DHL.
The prices shown on our US website already include shipping from Bali, so there are no additional shipping charges.

Other Countries

We can arrange delivery to countries worldwide. For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order so we can check the shipping availability and provide the exact shipping cost.
Due to shipping limitations, for international deliveries outside Singapore, we can currently ship wall panels, bed headboards, and mirror frames (without the glass). Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and item size.
